Governing Documents
The Vassar Student Association operates according to three primary documents. The Constitution is our broadest governance document that establishes the basic structures of the VSA, including the Executive Board, the Council, and the Judicial Board. The Bylaws are a more detailed document that delves into greater detail on the responsibilities of elected leaders, as well as the procedures for managing the Student Activities budget. Finally, our Policies set standards for specific and repeating situations within the jurisdiction of the VSA. These three documents can be amended by vote of the Council, and any student may propose changes.
