Snow Day
About
“Traying”
Okay, so maybe it isn’t right to steal trays from the cafeteria, but seriously, they make excellent sleds. “Tray-ing,” as it’s affectionately called, is the act of sitting on a cafeteria tray while going down a hill. (Duh?) This pastime has been enjoyed by generations of Vassar students and should be tried at least once by everyone. But if stealing trays from the cafeteria doesn’t sound legit, don’t worry—cardboard works too!
Snowball Fight
Call us old fashioned, but nothing beats a good snowball fight after 10 hours of studying. Or 2 hours. (Or… 10 minutes.) Regardless of whether you’re taking a study break or if you’ve been procrastinating all day, it’s always fun to beat up your friends or even strangers. Just make sure you don’t hit your professor.
