Leadership in organizations that focus on a specific identity or culture presents unique challenges. A key challenge is effectively providing social support to the members while also engaging and educating the entire campus about that specific identity or culture. This session will address the challenges of leading an identity-based organization and discuss approaches to minimize the challenges.
