Please be aware that your reservation must be received at least two weeks in advance. Reserving the VCard machine does not ensure you have a space in the College Center; please follow the normal procedure of reserving a space at the Info Desk. Please also understand that it is your responsibility to table at the appropriate port to receive your funds, and you will be held responsible for all transactions coming from the assigned port. No more than four groups may be given access to check out the VCard machines on any given day. Machines are not available on Tuesdays. You will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation and the appropriate port from which you will raise funds.
