Here are the meeting times for ASA for Fall 2011:
General Body Meetings:
THURDSAYS 8PM- ALANA CENTER
“GB” meetings are usually held once a week. This is where everyone comes together at the ALANA Center for good discussions, big sib/lil sib get-togethers, relaxing study breaks, and more! You should receive weekly emails about the topic for our general body meetings if you are on ASA’s mailing list. To subscribe, email us at: asa@vassar.edu
Asian Students’ Council Meetings:

“ASC” meetings are for general body members who would like to be more involved in ASA’s planning process. ASC members meet to talk about events that they would like to see from ASA outside of regular planning done by the Executive Board, and then enact them! The Asian Students’ Council also assist the Executive Board throughout the planning of all-campus events. Come to our meetings if you’re interested in becoming more involved in our organization! (ASC minutes are available for online viewing!)
Executive Board Meetings:
SUNDAYS 5:00PM ALANA CENTER CONFERENCE ROOM
The “EB” meets once a week regularly to debrief on past meetings and to plan future meetings and events. The Executive Board consists of ASA’s President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Committee Chair, Administrative Liaison, and Media Chair. Executive Board meetings are open to the public, so if you are interesting in knowing the in’s and out’s of ASA’s planning process, or if you have any opinions/concerns to voice– stop by to talk to us! Meetings may be become more frequent as major events approach. (EB minutes are available for online viewing!)
