ViCE is celebrating back to school week with a special outdoor concert! Saturday September 4th at 8pm on Graduation Hill ViCE Music will present Kid Sister and Javelin.
The concert is free and the weather should be warm so bring your friends for a night of live music! The concert breaks at 9pm so you can enjoy the fireworks at Sunset Lake and it will resume immediately after.

Kid Sister is a Chicago based rap artist who has been described by Pitchfork as “a fast-squawking rapper who is a unique mix of girlie-girl and tomboy”. Her debut album Ultra Violet dropped last year and includes collaborations with such big names as Kanye West, Estelle and A-Trak. Sample her songs “Control”, “Right Hand Hi” and “Pro-Nail” (featuring Kanye West).

Javelin is a Brooklyn based R&B Crunk band, declared by Pitchfork to be a band to watch last summer. This year they released the follow up to their LP Jamz n Jemz, with their debut album No Mas. Listen to “Oh! Centra”, “Soda Popinski” and “Vibrationz”.

We are Vassar College Entertainment, but you can just call us ViCE. ViCE is a student-run organization that is responsible for bringing any and all forms of entertainment to campus, both small and large in scale.
