Nate Green - 2009
Abilene, Texas. Well, I've lived there my whole life, but it's a fairly small town in terms of people's thinking. I mean, it's deep in the heart of Texas, so all the stereotypes of southern life (comfort?) are completely true there.
Who's your favorite musician? Why?
That's too difficult a question. The best you could ever get from me is favorite musician in a category or genre. My favorite band at the moment is Massive Attack, favorite female vocalist is Mirah, favorite male vocalist is Gary Lightbody, favorite composer is Claudio Monteverdi.
What's your favorite song we do?
America. This Side is good too. I miss the songs Christina sang: As I Lay Me Down, In Your Eyes, and even Difficult Kind.
If you could go to any time period or date in time, which one would it be? Why?
I'd like to say Europe in the Middle Ages, but I know I wouldn't like the dirty living conditions, urine on the floor, and the life expectancy of 35. But it would be cool to wear chainmail and shoot crossbows--really get medieval on somebody :) A safer answer would be Japan in the Middle Ages.
If you were a Harry Potter character, who would you be?
Hagrid, due to my enormous girth, obviously. I'd love to be an animagus like Lupin, or really any other member of the faculty because they're awesome.
What happens on your average Friday night?
I feed the lemming in my closet and curl up with a good Nancy Drew book and a gallon of orange sherbet.
What's the stupidest thing you've ever done?
I ate my left pinky toe one time. Bad decision.
Favorite place (in the world).
Well, Prague is clichéd now, so I'll say Pagosa Springs, Colorado.
Ski or snowboard?
Skiing is all I've done, and it's a heap ton of fun, but I could try snowboarding. Not dedicated to either method.
Random fact about yourself?
I'm only three and a half years old.
