The Powers That Be are the people who decide things around here. They are Suzanne Rozier, Francesca Veres, Lauren Scanlan, Josh Whitman, and Ben Reichman. Their positions are, respectively, the First Minister of No Fixed Address, the Chief Bureaucratic Goombah, the Chronicler and Keeper of Logs, the Cultural Attaché and the Ensign Coordinator.
